OMHA/Hockey Canada policy regarding play in Non-Sanctioned Organizations/Leagues

Please find attached the OMHA/Hockey Canada policy regarding play in Non-Sanctioned organizations/leagues. If you are registered under or participate in the activities of any of these leagues (including as a player, coach, volunteer, etc.) there is actions required by September 30th that could impact your season within OMHA.  

Anyone participating in one of these leagues after September 30 will be banned from all Hockey Canada, OMHA and SMHA activities for the rest of the season.  A list  (as of 2015-2016 which does not include newly formed teams) of non-sanctioned leagues/teams is at the end of the article.
